At Shodashi Fashion House, we value your trust and strive to provide the best shopping experience. Please read our Cancellation & Refund Policy carefully to understand how cancellations, returns, and refunds are handled.

  1. Order Cancellation Policy

1.1 Before Dispatch

  • Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever comes first.
  • To cancel your order, contact us immediately on WhatsApp / Phone / Email

1.2 After Dispatch

  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
  • You may refer to our Return/Exchange guidelines if applicable.
  1. Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns/exchanges only under the below conditions:

2.1 Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The product received is damaged,
  • The product is defective,
  • The product delivered is incorrect, or
  • The package is tampered.

Conditions:

  • You must raise the concern within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Unboxing video (from start to end without cuts) is mandatory for claims.
  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags.

2.2 Color Variation

We try to capture colors as accurately as possible, but slight variations may occur due to screen settings.
Color variation is not considered a valid reason for return or refund.

2.3 No Returns on Certain Products

We do not accept returns on:

  • Pure silk sarees
  • Handloom sarees
  • Handwoven Sarees minor thread variations or pulls are natural part of weaving process and are not considered as damage or defects.
  • Made-to-order / Customized products
  • Sale, Clearance, or Offer items
  1. Refund Policy

3.1 Refund Eligibility

Refunds are provided only for:

  • Orders cancelled before dispatch
  • Approved return requests (damaged/defective/wrong item)

3.2 Refund Process

  • Once approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method (Online orders) or Bank/UPI (for COD orders).
  • Shipping charges, COD fees, or convenience charges are non-refundable.
  1. Exchange Policy
  • Exchange is subject to stock availability.
  • If the requested product is unavailable, a store credit or refund (if applicable) will be provided.
  • Store credit is valid for 60 days from the date of issue.
  1. Return Pickup & Shipping Costs
  • In case of damaged/wrong product, return pickup will be arranged free of cost.
  • For approved returns due to other reasons (if allowed), return shipping charges must be borne by the customer.
  1. Non-Returnable Conditions

Return/exchange will not be accepted if:

  • Product is used, washed, or altered
  • Tags are removed
  • Product has perfume, stains, or any damage caused after delivery
  • Unboxing video is not provided
  • Return request is raised after 24 hours of delivery
